PAXA Olive Harvest Experience
For a few days, live to a different rhythm.
This autumn, the olive harvest at PAXA DOLA becomes more than a harvest. It becomes a place where days are measured not in notifications, meetings and obligations, but in mornings in the olive grove, shared meals, conversation, learning, movement, stillness and human connection. We invite you to step out of your everyday routine for a few days and settle into a different rhythm—mornings spent among the olive trees, lunches together, new connections, time in nature and afternoons dedicated to conversation, learning, movement and yourself.
PAXA Olive Harvest Experience is more than an invitation to help bring in the olive harvest.
It is an invitation to spend a few days discovering what it feels like to live differently, to experience a different rhythm to your day.
That is why we have created three distinct chapters of the same PAXA experience.
Three weeks. Three themes. One experience.
Each week of the PAXA Olive Harvest Experience follows the same rhythm of life in the olive grove, with a different afternoon programme.
Choose the theme that resonates with you most.
Mornings for olives. Afternoons for yourself.
A day at PAXA DOLI begins with working together in the olive grove.
From 8 am to 1 pm, we harvest olives, learn about olive growing and extra virgin olive oil production, and take part in one of the most important moments of the year at PAXA DOLI.
After the harvest, we gather around the table for a shared meal.
Then comes time to rest, take a walk, talk or simply enjoy a little peace and quiet.
At 4 pm, the second part of the day begins—workshops, conversations and hands-on experiences focused on the mind, body and living well.

A Journey of Spiritual Growth
Five days to slow down and return our attention to the things we so often have little time for in everyday life.
Through conversation, personal experiences, silence and shared moments, we explore our relationship with nature, peace, gratitude, community, meaning, faith and our inner life.
Set in the distinctive atmosphere of St Francis Monastery in Potoci, the programme is rooted in Catholic spirituality and the Franciscan understanding of humanity, nature and community.
Through encounters, conversations and shared experiences, we explore themes that connect us, wherever in the world we come from: faith, meaning, gratitude, peace, relationships and the questions each of us carries through life in our own way.
This is a space to slow down, listen to one another, discover different experiences and look a little deeper into our own lives through nature, faith, silence, community and the simplicity of everyday life.

Body, Health and Movement
Five mornings of physical work in the olive grove naturally raise a question: how can we better care for the body that carries us through life?
That is why, in the third week of the PAXA Olive Harvest Experience, we bring olive harvesting together with movement, health, nutrition, recovery and lasting habits for a better quality of life.
In collaboration with Hrvoje Vukoja, who holds a master’s degree in kinesiology, we have created a practical programme designed to help you understand your body better, learn to move more effectively and give it exactly what it needs, both for physical effort and for proper recovery.
Through workshops and guided activities, we explore key areas: from movement and functional strength without a gym to nutrition and recovery, and building fitness habits for life.
